The Future

I'm so ready to graduate and go to college to become a successful physical therapist. I really want to make my mother proud by becoming successful. I want to provide for her like she has provided for me and make her life easier. I dont want her to ask anybody for anything because she'll already have it.

Fashion

A YMCMB hat that keeps me warm when I'm going to school.

Nike Lebron 10 Blue Diamonds , the best shoes out here as of now! A lot of teenagers and some adults wear these type of shoes.

Levi Jeans that came out back in the day but thats my swagg! Along with alot of other teenagers.

Polo shirts are my favorite thing to wear , especially when it's a formal event , polo is the best thing to wear.

Jesus heads are something many females and males wear also. Jesus heads are more like a flashy thing. The more the shine to the eaarings and the more the size of the earring the more attention you get.

A hollister button up for when its cold and even for when it's hot. You can roll the sleeves up or leave it unbottoned its definantley hot though!

Polo boots for the winter and the fall , polo boots can go with anything that you put on and they keep your feet warm.

Polo hats can definetly be apart of somebody's swagg , they can easily put a outfit together.

Chuck Taylors are something that I would wear with anything , chucks are something that alot of people wore back in the day.

Army shorts are something that I would wear with a t-shirt and some chucks of course!

Fashion
I view fashion as something important because that's how people see you. If you come to school with something regedy or ran down thats how people gone see you. Fashion means alot to teens in our society , they have to get the hottest pear of levi's or polo. Many children sit outside of stores waiting on the new release of Jordans or Lebron's! Fashion is everything to me and many other students.

Black Friday

Shaking my head! Black Friday was a crazy day , everybody was fighting in Wal-Mart for the best deal especially since Christmas is coming up fast. Two women got into a altercation over a 4.00 shirt. They were both holding on to the shirt from opposite sides trying to pull it away from each other but made a mistake by ripping the shirt. My mother and I had to hurry up and get out of there because it was getting to crowded and a lot of children were wondering around without their parents. They were running around , playing and knocking down clothes off the racks.

Chris Brown

Chris Brown has recently got a new tattoo of a face on his neck. The tattoo looks just like Rihanna after the accident that happend with Rihanna when he hit her in the car. Chris Brown says that its not her face , its a picture of his recent girlfriend but my thing is you and your new girlfriend been dating for some time but you wouldnt just out the blue get a tattoo of her face plus the tattoo has scars and marks through it and to my knowledge he has never had an altercation with his new girlfriend.

Million dollar Tattoo

I learned today recently that the celebrity Kate Moss is worth a million dollar but half of that money is due to her tattoo on the lower part of her back. She has a tattoo of two doves looking at each other. In my opinon , no tattoo is worth half a million dollars. The two doves may be a symbol of something but still , I dont understand why it would be worth that much money. When she gets old is it still going to be worth that much and what if it gets removed or it starts to fade , then what?

Aubrey " Drake " Graham

Aubrey “Drake “Graham

Aubrey “Drake” Graham was born October 24, 1986. He was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He is the son of Sandi and Dennis Graham. Drake’s father is an African American from Memphis and his mother is white Jewish Canadian. Drake attended a Jewish day school. His parents got a divorce when Drake was only 5 years old. Drake stayed with his mother and she raised him in a good, well established neighborhood. He lived there until he was in the 6th grade then he moved to a wealthy neighborhood where he played hockey and other sports. His mother struggled to keep Drake into a good school; Drake was a class clown and sometimes a trouble maker. Drake dropped out of school but decided to go back years later.

At the age of 15 , Drake got a role on the hit TV show called “ Degrassi “ where he played as Jimmy Brooks , a all-star basketball player that got shot by a classmate and had to remain paralyzed in a wheel chair. Drake having a career at such a young age made it harder on him because he didn’t have the money that he thought he was going to get from being an actor. Drake’s mother got very sick at one point of time and the money that the TV show was offering was not enough to him, he wanted more so he could have his mother back on her feet and healthy. Drake continued his acting career on the TV show until his character graduated, overall Drake acted in 138 episodes.

In 2006, Drake released his first mix tape “Room for Improvement “which featured Trey Songz and Lupe Fiasco. He described his mix tape as straight forward friendly meaning it got straight to the point but in a clean way. He had many artists that featured on his mix tape that made his mix tape a success.

In 2010 , Drake planned to release his first debut album called “ Thank Me Later “ in 2008 but it was postponed first to March then to May. Universal Motown pushed it back 3 weeks and the album was finally released June 15.  That same day 25,000 fans gathered at New York's South Street Seaport for a free concert by Drake. The police decided to cancel the concert because the crowd was too much and that led to the crowd almost having a riot.

Drake states that his musical influences are Kanye West, Jay-Z, Aaliyah and of course his mentor Lil Wayne. Drake says that Kanye West is one of his role models and his favorite rapper. He says that Aaliyah has had an incredible impact on his life because of the flow of her music and the real talent in her voice.

Drake’s lyrics are real. They either relate to riches, fame and relationships. Drake has a unique musical style that has set him apart from his Young Money partners, especially on his latest project Take Care. Lil Wayne even commented on the project saying "I can tell, you know, I don't know nothing else out there that can touch it, including my stuff. Drake has been moving in this new direction after the release of Take Care, which featured writing collaborations with The Weekend on 5 tracks ranging from "Crew Love" to "Shot for Me" and 2 production collaborations on "Crew Love" and "The Ride", more than any Young Money/Cash Money collaborate.

During his singing career, Drake has won ten awards from fifty-two nominations. In 2009, Drake received eleven nominations, winning two, including Track of the Year for "Every Girl" and Rookie of the Year at the BET Hip Hop Awards. He received forty-one nominations in 2010, in which he won 8, including Best Male Hip-Hop Artist and Best Group with Young Money at the BET Awards; Best New Artist and Rap Recording of the Year for So Far Gone at the Juno Awards; Cinematographer of the Year and MuchVIBE Hip-Hop Video of the Year for "Successful" at the MuchMusic Video Awards.

I'm ready to graduate and continue my learning to the next level. I am ready to go to High Point University to study Sports Medicine. I'm just ready to be successful in life.

Obama Win's

I was so excited to learn that Obama won. He has worked very hard to keep our country in good conditions. Bush already came in and messed everything up and Obama is fixing it piece by piece. This election was very close , at first I thought Romney was going to win and alot of things we're going to change if he did and the change he was trying to make happen was going to be a horrible change for students that are trying to graduate and actually go to college,so I am happy that we still get the chance to go to college off scolarships and not off of our own money.

Women Rights .

Women rights have been talked about for many years. Women unlike men get unfair treatment when it comes to certain things. Some men think that females belong in the kitchen , cooking and cleaning and catering to their every need but to me that's not the case. Females can do just as much as men. We can play sports , we can own jobs and be our own person. We dont need anyone to tell us what to do or what to wear. It's not the old days where we we're told to do by our spouse or anybody else. Women have the same amount of power just like men so we should all be counted as an equal.Women today get treated better then how they were back in the day. They get to vote , their voice gets heard through out the world when it comes down to being activist and also when it comes down to being positive role models. Children throughout the world look up to the females of our community because of the struggle that we had to go through just to be treated as an equal . At first it was our race and the color or our skin then it was our gender. I'm proud to say that the changes that the women of our country.

This senior project is honestly a killer. We have to much work to do and to get done in such little time but in the end it's all worth it once we get to walk across that stage.
